I am a software developer at heart and the former CTO of a crypto company that, as I later discovered, was scamming people. This realization didn't sit well with me, especially when I listened to my subconscious.
It's easy to fall into traps like that. However, staying conscious and self-aware helps avoid such pitfalls and overcome life’s challenges. Meditation practice is what brings that awareness.
I’ve been practicing yoga and meditation for over 25 years, including Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, Kriya, Nidra, Pranayama, vipassana meditations, dynamic meditations, and many other practices.
Practicing together inspires and helps develop a useful habit much more easily. So, I decided to create this Meditation Club.
I wanted it open for all enthusiastic people to unite in their practice, but:
